By Rebecca Connop Price

The 2018 Canadian Masters Curling Championships are being staged at Peace Arch Curling Club and Cloverdale Curling Club – and volunteers are needed to help make the event a success

A page on the Curl BC website has been set up for volunteer sign-ups. Please visit https://www.curlbc.ca/2018-canadian-masters-volunteer-sign// now if you would like to lend a hand.

The host committee, led by Nigel Easton, will be looking for approximately 250 volunteers for the event, which runs April 1-8, 2018.

Nigel Easton said: “Having viewed the 2017 event in Guelph, it is a fascinating time to watch competitive masters curl at their best level. The camaraderie that goes along with this wonderful event is truly amazing. I look forward to seeing many of our local volunteers at this event.”
